Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Technical Services
For custom digital solutions (software engineering, UI/UX, graphic design), refunds are evaluated prior to project commencement. Once project work has entered IN_PROGRESS or REVIEW status, fees are non-refundable, but clients remain eligible for revision iterations within the agreed scope.
2. Academy Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are 100% refundable if cancellation is requested in writing at least 7 days before cohort commencement. After cohort orientation, tuition fees are non-refundable, but students may request a one-time cohort deferral.
3. Identity Desk Facilitation Fees
Identity facilitation desk fees cover manual collation and administrative document audits. If an application cannot proceed due to fatal government portal unavailability, wallet credits will be retained for rescheduling or refunded to the client upon written review.
4. Processing Timeframe
Approved refunds are credited back to the customer wallet or refunded via original bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days.
